If you are:

1. 18 years or older

2. Have a diagnosis of favourable intermediate-risk prostate cancer (without metastasis)

3. yet to begin a treatment plan – if you have chosen a plan, but are yet to pursue it and open to changing that decision you are also eligible

2. Queensland: Princess Alexandra Hospital
